Maui Rugby Club invites you to save lives with us. One sixth of the world’s population does not have access to safe drinking water. Every minute of the day, four people die because of water related disease. Burkina Faso, Africa is a country that is desperate for clean water. Did you know it costs $3500 to build a Water Well for a Village? Maui Rugby Club and Kahului Church of the Nazarene are partnering together once again to make difference through Rugby & Volleyball. The Kahului Church of the Nazarene has already given funds to build 3 Water Wells in the past, but there is still so many villages/people that do not have access to water.
So, we invite you to make a difference with us through Sports. May 27th-28th, we are hosting a two day Rugby 7s & Volleyball 6 Team Event in Kahului Maui. It will be held at Keopuolani Park. Cost is $20 per athlete. ALL proceeds goes towards building Water Wells for the precious people in Burkina Faso, Africa. More details to come. We humbly invite you to play and make a difference.
