We received a positive update on the auction from the leadership at Living Way Church today. They did not win the auction, but the have 30 more days to beat the highest bid of $540,000 by 5% (a bid of $567,000). The church has approximately $51,000 and needs $6000 more over the next 30 days for the new down-payment.
