Day 30 Prayer

Our final prayer is for the unity between the communities on the Islands.  Because of the geography of the islands, roads between sides and cities are circuitous and take a long time to navigate.  This situation makes it difficult for people from different communities to interact with each other, and so on an island smaller than a county in most mainland states, some people hardly interact with one another.

Father God, we pray for people of the islands to overcome the geographic difficulties that separate them and to come together in unity. We thank you for the sense of aloha and ‘ohana that keeps the communities of Hawaii tightly bonded and we pray for those to grow stronger and overflow between the communities.  We honor the heritage of caring and strength that exists in Hawaii.  Thank you for the people of Hawaii, let us learn from and honor one another’s cultures.

In Jesus Name, AMEN!
